How much is delivery?

Delivery to the Gold Coast region is a flat rate of $80 and will be delivered within 5 - 7 days.
Delivery to Brisbane and northern New South Wales regions at a flat rate of $120 will be delivered in 5 - 7 business days.

Other delivery locations are available upon request.

Do your prices include GST?

All prices shown on the website exclude GST.

What is included with my order?

All orders include the top and bottom tracks cut to your sizes.

All required robe doors.

All the screws and fittings are included for easy DIY installation. 

Please Note:
All widths up to 2400mm are 2-door as standard, and widths over 2400mm are 3-door as standard.

The maximum width of a sliding wardrobe door is 1200mm.

What are the track dimensions?

The average wardrobe door jamb is 90mm, so in most cases, a standard triple track is unsuitable, Slimline wardrobe doors and triple tracks are required to achieve the stacker door layout.

Do you sell spare parts (track, rollers, guides etc)?

No, not as a rule.

But we are always on hand to help you with your needs, just reach out to us and we will see if we can help you.

Is pickup available?

Not at this stage - but we can be flexible in some cases, have a chat with our team.

How do i measure the wardrobe doors?

Follow our Sliding Door Measuring Guide on the wardrobe pages, this will give you more than enough information to ensure accurate measurements of your Sliding Wardrobe Door Opening. But fear not our design team is there for you when we do our checks at the order confirmation stage.

Why cant i order and pay over the phone?

The craftsmanship on our hand-built sliding doors is exceptionally accurate which makes installation much easier. If you’re ordering a made to measure sliding door, you simply need to place in position and screw to the top and bottom. This means that even inexperienced DIYers may be able to comfortably manage the installation.

Do you organise the installation? or do i need to have professional installed?

The craftsmanship on our hand-built sliding doors is exceptionally accurate, this makes installation much easier. If you have ordered the made-to-measure sliding wardrobe doors, screw the top and bottom tracks into position. This means that even inexperienced DIYers will be able to comfortably manage the installation of your new robe doors.

But we may also offer installation to people who feel that they need a hand, or don't just don't feel comfortable when it comes to installation - in selected locations.
