TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.

Delivery times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery time. All delivery charges are displayed on your order confirmation.

DELIVERY

All local deliveries are made by our staff, in our vehicles, the products are supplied unpackaged and ready for installation, and all deliveries are made to your address as shown at the time of order.

​

Please be aware, that if you move your order to a different location after delivery, this will void any warranties. Please keep this in mind when transporting your order anywhere else.

PAYMENT

Upon receiving your order we carry out our standard order confirmation process, this will ensure that you have selected the right products and sizes that are required, only after the order confirmation has been accepted by the customer will the order be processed.

 

We don't take online payments, payments are only by EFT (bank transfer) once the customer has confirmed and signed off on the order confirmation, all payment details are shown on the said order confirmation.

 

We require payments to be made before the manufacture and delivery of your products.
 

WARRANTY

All Budget Shower Screens and Wardrobe Doors products come with a 5-year warranty against defects from faulty workmanship or materials, as long as the products have been measured as we display and installed as recommended and not mistreated/mishandled post delivery. 

 

Please advise of any damage/defects within 3 days of the delivery day for them to be rectified. Failure to notify in due time is not covered by our warranty terms. All products delivered have photos taken before and after delivery to ensure the quality of the product.
